McDonald's in Kansas

"It's McDonald's so as a general rule you are going to get what you expect. Place is clean and the employees (Notably Whitney as shes the one who helped me) are friendly and attentive. It'll be the McDonald's I go to in Topeka."

"Let me start off by saying I understand that it is more often than not that a bad review is given, I would say it’s human nature for people to complain before giving praise but today I want to make it abundantly clear that I believe praise and recognition is deserved by Alisha. I would like to provide context on why I feel this way by explaining how I walked in with my heart set on a very specific order, and when I couldn’t order a McFlurry with my large french fry no salt it did immediately leave a feeling of despair. I have never been one to get excited for much but today after a tough day at work the idea of this quick yet sufficient meal to bring me down to earth completely filled me with joy. Now to make it up to me she didn’t hesitate to ask if I possibly wanted a frappe to make me feel okay with the way it had all played out up to that point and I accepted it and gave my thanks and appreciation for her being a very professional and understanding leader, the demeanor of Alisha was wonderful and I would like to thank her again for making me smile and ensuring that I would leave satisfied and happy."

"It was nice.Our food was good and hot. There was an employee that was cleaning tables. Also sweeping and mopping the floors. That was good keeping the eating area clean. It was a female employee cleaning up eating area. One thing she needs to put more wet floor signs out in area being mopped. Someone slipped but did not fall by the fountain area. The only wet floor sign was way up front. Also as I was waiting for my order. Another employee was sweeping up the floor in the food area. That was good too. Seeing that food prep floors were being kept clean. It was nice to see people out enjoying a meal. Maybe soon the children's play area will be open. There were no children playing. My G-kids sure would like to get a meal and play."

"You know I've been to a couple of the McDonald's in the Topeka area, but I must say that this McDonald's on Southwest 21st by far the best McDonald's in the Topeka area. I love the atmosphere I love food is always cook freshness how I like in my friends are always hot out the grease I don't never have to ask for them to do it. Lamont the GM and Rachel the assistant GM are amazing and outstanding. Every time I go in the crew the workers their operating as a team and it just seems like nobody is like it's like it's a family atmosphere. And they make you feel welcome and then make you feel like you're one of the family. I love that I will always always go to this McDonald's before any other McDonald's in the Topeka area. Great jobs Southwest 21st McDonald's, keep it up."

"The atmosphere was great. The food, not good. I ordered a quarter pounder, and what I received was a hamburger smashed to fit the bun. Was so thin from their pressing it on the grill. I didn't say anything cause I didn't want a confrontation with manager. Just know I will never return to that location. May I add I was passing through Topeka."
